Absolutely. We regularly assist with property division, superannuation and financial settlements, working to resolve these issues as cost-effectively as possible while ensuring your future remains protected.

The ideal approach is to agree on parenting arrangements directly with your former partner, with the support of a family lawyer or mediator. We strive to resolve matters cost-effectively and without court wherever possible, always keeping your children’s best interests in focus. If needed, we provide strong representation through the formal legal process.

Not always. Many family law matters can be finalised through negotiation, mediation, or formalised with consent orders. Court only becomes necessary if an agreement cannot be reached.
