Bio

Ebony commenced working for Clarity Lawyers in February 2024.

Ebony understands that family law matters are often the most difficult time in a person’s life, both emotionally and financially. Her previous studies in psychology and experience in family law have taught her that no two family law matters are the same. She believes it is important to build upon the relationship with each client to understand his or her individual needs. Ebony provides realistic and individually tailored advice about what each client can expect as to outcomes and guides them through the legal process, which can be a very draining experience.

Ebony regularly appears for clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Courts both locally and throughout the country, but believes in trying, where possible, to resolve matters through negotiations and alternatives to Court. Ebony aims to provide clients with cost effective solutions to the challenges they are facing.

Ebony’s experience covers all aspects of family law matters, including complex and simple parenting matters, recovery applications, relocation matters, matters involving significant risk of harm allegations, property settlement, spousal maintenance, child support agreements and financial agreements.
