Jacqui has worked in the legal industry since 2001, commencing her career after obtaining her Certificate IV in Business Administration (Legal). Over more than two decades, she has built extensive experience across a range of practice areas including Family Law, Wills and Estates, Debt Recovery, Commercial Law and Business Law.
While Jacqui’s background is broad, Family Law has always been her passion. She finds great satisfaction in supporting clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives and understands the importance of empathy, professionalism and clear communication throughout the legal process.
Before joining Clarity Lawyers, Jacqui worked with well-regarded Newcastle firms where she developed a reputation for excellence in legal administration and client service.
Today, Jacqui’s focus is less on individual legal matters and more on ensuring the business operates efficiently behind the scenes. She oversees many of the systems, processes and administrative functions that support the firm. Whether coordinating workflows, supporting staff, improving systems or ensuring the day-to-day running of the practice remains seamless, Jacqui is often the person making sure everything is organised and on track.
Known for her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, Jacqui is a trusted and highly valued member of the Clarity Lawyers team. Outside of work, Jacqui is a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active at the gym and participating in musical theatre. Her energy, positivity and willingness to help others make her an integral part of both the Clarity team and the wider community.
