Bethany works in Family Law, assisting clients in a diverse range of matters including parenting disputes, recovery orders, property settlements and binding child support agreements.
Bethany regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1 and 2), along with advocating for her client’s outside of court during Dispute Resolution Conferences.
Bethany also has experience working as a Criminal Lawyer. This knowledge of Criminal Law provides Bethany with a vital understanding of how Family Law and Criminal Law intercept, particularly when a party has been charged with a criminal offence or is named as a defendant or plaintiff in an Apprehended Domestic Violence Order.
